We access your device storage only with your explicit permission and solely for operations like unzipping, compressing, or renaming files. All access remains local to your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

When issues arise, we may collect anonymous crash logs or diagnostics to help improve stability. These reports never include data that could personally identify you.

a. Automatically Collected Data When using Photo Recovery, we may automatically collect certain technical and usage data to help us improve the app:

• Device Information: Such as device brand, model, OS version, advertising ID, language, screen size, RAM, and storage capacity.
• Usage Data: Including app interactions, crash logs, and which features are used.
• Tracking Information: IP address, cookies, and referral URLs for attribution purposes (e.g., via AppsFlyer).
• Clipboard Access: Some third-party SDKs may technically access clipboard contents, but we do not collect or store this data.

• Permission-Based Data: With your consent, we may scan your device storage to help locate and clean cached files, temporary data, empty folders, outdated APKs, or logs.

Why Full Storage Access Matters

Photo Recovery requires full file access to deliver its core features. Without this, Android's default access frameworks (like SAF or MediaStore) would restrict actions to a few media folders, limiting our ability to zip or unzip files freely. Full access ensures a complete and efficient experience.
